Twitter not just removed the link to RSS feeds for someone’s tweets in his profile, but it also removed the link to feeds in search results. Hopefully feed is still there for search results. But how to get it? Now say thanks again to my firefox bookmark! I’ve bookmarked feed address for some twitter search results including the ones which contain hashtag search results. To see the feeds for search results, all you have to do is copy the following link and replace ********** with your search keyword. Well, you’ll get the feeds for twitter search results instantly.
http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=**********
For example, if you want the feeds for google, then just replace ********** with google. It should be like this –
http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=google
Likewise, for hashtagged search results, copy the following link and replace ********** with word you’re looking with hashtags.
http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=%23*********
Example: For #google, the URL will be like this-
http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=%23google
I’ve explained how to get RSS feed address for your tweets in my previous post. Please click here to read it.
